We are a publicly-funded institution that is free and open to all children in the state of Pennsylvania, but residents of the City of Philadelphia have priority. Enrollment at FACTS is determined through a public lottery.
You must complete a new application each year.
The lottery for admission for the 2027-28 school year will be held via zoom on February 26, 2027 at 5:00pm.
Intent to enroll forms will be available November 1, 2026, online and paper.
Any intent to enroll forms received after February 5, 2027 will be added to the bottom of the waitlist in the order they were received.
You may apply for admission using our online platform or by paper form. Please choose one and do not do both. Paper forms must be dropped off in person during school hours or sent via regular mail:
