We are a publicly-funded institution that is free and open to all children in the state of Pennsylvania, but residents of the City of Philadelphia have priority. Enrollment at FACTS is determined through a public lottery.
You must complete a new application each year.
The lottery for admission for the 2026-27 school year will be held via zoom on February 27, 2026 at 5:00pm.
FACTS will hold an open house for prospective families on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 10:00-11:00 am. Please call 215-569-2600 to request translation in Mandarin, Spanish, or Indonesian.
We will accept applications for the 2026-27 school year between November 1, 2025 and February 6, 2026. Any intent to enroll forms received after February 6th will be added to the bottom of the waitlist in the order they were received.
We currently have a waitlist for every grade for the current school year. You can still apply for the current school year but will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist.
You may apply for admission using our online platform or by paper form. Please choose one and do not do both. Paper forms must be dropped off in person during school hours or sent via regular mail:
